5.2 Client Ownership

Upon full payment:

• Custom-developed project assets may be transferred to the client.
• Pre-existing frameworks, reusable modules, and proprietary tools remain owned by Encodrz.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of:

• Technical architecture
• Trade secrets

This obligation survives termination of services.

7. Third-Party Services
