Encodrz provides custom technology services including web development, AI solutions, SaaS development, consulting, and related services.
Due to the customized and digital nature of our services, all payments are generally non-refundable, unless otherwise stated in a written agreement.
2. Project-Based Services (Custom Development)
2.1 Advance Payments
Initial deposits or milestone payments are non-refundable.
Deposits secure time, resources, and project scheduling.
2.2 Work Completed
Refunds will not be issued for work already completed and delivered.
If a project is terminated mid-way, payment will be due for work completed up to the termination date.
2.3 Client Delays
If project delays are caused by:
- Lack of required information
- Delayed approvals
- Scope changes
No refunds will be issued.
3. SaaS or Subscription Services (If Applicable)
If Encodrz provides subscription-based software:
- Subscription fees are non-refundable once the billing cycle has started.
- Cancellation will prevent future billing but will not refund the current cycle.
- No partial refunds for unused subscription periods.
4. Consulting Services
For consulting engagements:
- Payments for completed sessions are non-refundable.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before scheduled sessions may not be refunded.
5. Digital Products (If Applicable)
If Encodrz sells digital templates, software licenses, or downloadable products:
- All sales are final.
- Refunds are not provided for digital downloads once access is granted.
6. Exceptional Circumstances
Refunds may be considered at our sole discretion in cases such as:
- Duplicate payments
- Billing errors
- Failure to deliver agreed scope due to our fault
All refund requests must be submitted in writing.
7. Chargebacks & Disputes
Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may result in:
- Immediate suspension of services
- Legal recovery actions
- Permanent termination of access
We encourage resolving disputes directly via email.
8. Refund Processing
If approved:
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
- Processing time may vary depending on the payment provider (typically 5–14 business days).
9. Taxes
Applicable taxes (GST/VAT) may not be refundable depending on jurisdiction and regulatory requirements.
